Just a Prop

That's right.

The quilt give-away is just a prop.
It's purpose is to get your attention.
But the quilt is not what really matters in this story.

The real story is loving our neighbors, our fellow man, enough to help them.
To share some of what we have to help bless them with a basic necessity of life...clean water.

Please donate $10 towards bringing clean water to a village in Africa.

If not You, then Who?

many blessings,
pam

  1. Hi, Pam. I have posted a follow-up Give-away, so that if anyone enters a comment there, they have a second chance to have their name drawn. So there will be six names (and one may be in there twice) and a donation of $60 US. I'm going to send that now and send the names on Monday after I draw them. Hope that works for you.

Love and blessings to you, Pam. ~ Linne

  2. Hello, my friend! I have awarded you the “Very Inspiring Blogger” award. Please see my post today for information. (Note that you may use short answers to the seven questions; I just never know when to stop!). You SO deserve this award, for you, like the other recipients, have inspired me many times. :-) ~ Linne

  3. Hello Pam,
You say the quilt is just a prop and perhaps it is. But I have a feeling its mission is just beginning, and it is aptly named The Living Water Quilt. Wouldn't it be a wonderful thing if this quilt went on to be the vehicle for other missions in the future, if the winner decided to pay it forward and bring hope to yet another child of God in need of comfort and help. Blessings to you and yours this Holy Week.

  4. Pam, is there a paypal address I could send my donation to? I've used the donation page you have linked before, but have always had a paypal option and there isn't one on your link. I don't like inputting my credit card info. If you have a paypal address I could use I'd love to donate. Thanks!

  5. Hi, Pam. I have emailed you the names for the draw and PayPal'd you the money to cover an extra three names. Thanks again for doing this! What a great and generous idea! I'm hoping others will find ways to generate some money for this all-important work. ~ Linne
